Getting here from Arlington
From the entertainment district or UT Arlington, take I-30 east to SH-161 (President George Bush Turnpike) north, then SH-183 east a short way to the Belt Line Road exit. Go north on Belt Line and turn left onto Grande Bulevar at the north edge of Irving Mall. It's about 11–15 miles, and usually 20–35 minutes.
For a toll-free route, take SH-360 north to SH-183 east and exit at Belt Line Road. From north Arlington, SH-360 is often the simpler choice anyway. On Cowboys or Rangers game days, I-30 and SH-360 near the stadiums back up, so leave a little extra time.

Why drive from Arlington?

- Open seven days, including Sunday 9 to 1, with walk-ins welcome
- Implants planned with 3D CBCT imaging
- A team that speaks Spanish and Vietnamese, plus Korean with Dr. Chloe Kim
- Texas Medicaid and CHIP dental for children 18 and under, and most PPO plans
- Primary care and eye care in the same building
- Free parking, with financing and a membership option for uninsured patients
Implants and dentures, planned in 3D
Replacing missing teeth is a big decision, and it's often the reason someone drives across town. Before placing dental implants, we take a 3D CBCT scan that shows your jawbone, nerves and sinuses in three dimensions. That's how we choose the right implant size and position. If your bone has thinned, bone grafting can rebuild it first.
Implants aren't the only option. Complete and partial dentures cost less up front and can be made in a few visits. We'll walk you through the trade-offs side by side. Dr. Anh Nguyen has a special interest in implants, and Dr. Chloe Kim focuses on implants and extractions.
Implant care takes several visits over a few months. Weekend hours make it easier to fit consults and follow-ups around work. For typical price ranges, see our implant cost guide. You'll get a written estimate before treatment, and financing is available through Cherry, Affirm and CareCredit, subject to credit approval.
Kids, fluoride and Medicaid/CHIP
We accept Texas Medicaid and CHIP dental for children 18 and under. Our children's dentistry visits are calm and unhurried. We show kids each tool first and go at their pace. Sealants and fluoride varnish are quick, no-drill ways to protect new molars from cavities.
Arlington has a large Hispanic community, about 31% of residents in the 2020 census, and a well-established Vietnamese community, with shops and restaurants along Pioneer Parkway in east Arlington. Our team speaks Spanish and Vietnamese, so parents and grandparents can follow every step. See our pages in Español and Tiếng Việt.
Sunday toothaches and game-day emergencies
Many dental offices close for the weekend. We're open Saturday 9 to 6 and Sunday 9 to 1, and our emergency dentist visits happen the same day, walk-ins included. For UT Arlington students without a local dentist yet, that can save a miserable weekend.
If facial swelling spreads toward the eye or neck, or you have trouble breathing or swallowing, a high fever or a possible broken jaw, call 911 or go to the nearest ER. Don't drive across town first.
Patients often visit us from these ZIP codes: 76006, 76010, 76011, 76012, 76013, 76019.

How long is the drive from Arlington to Kudo Care Dental?
Usually 20–35 minutes, depending on where you start and the traffic. From the entertainment district, take I-30 east to SH-161 north, then SH-183 east to Belt Line Road. For a toll-free route, take SH-360 north to SH-183 east. Allow extra time on stadium event days.
How many visits does a dental implant take?
Usually several over a few months. There's a consult with a 3D scan, the implant placement, a healing period while the implant fuses with the bone, then a visit or two for the final crown. If you need a bone graft first, add a few months of healing. We'll map the whole timeline at your consult.
