Hours & visits
What are your hours?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9 AM–6 PM; Wednesday 10 AM–7 PM; Saturday 9 AM–6 PM; Sunday 9 AM–1 PM.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, during open hours every day. Calling ahead helps us have a chair ready. Emergencies are seen first, so waits vary.
How long does a regular checkup take?
Most checkups and cleanings take 45 to 60 minutes. Your first visit may take a little longer.
Can my family be seen together?
We do our best to book family members back to back — let us know how many people are coming.
Insurance & cost
Which insurance do you take?
Most PPO dental plans, plus Texas Medicaid and CHIP for children 18 and under. Call with your plan and member ID and we’ll verify coverage.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, through Cherry, Affirm and CareCredit, subject to approval. We also offer the Kudo Care Concierge Membership for patients without insurance.
Will I know the cost before treatment?
Always. You’ll receive a written estimate, including what insurance is expected to pay, before any treatment begins.
Treatment
Are your dentists specialists?
No — our dentists are general dentists. They provide a wide range of care, including implants, root canals, extractions and children’s dentistry. If your case needs a specialist, we’ll tell you.
Do you offer sedation?
We offer comfort options for anxious patients, and sedation options can be discussed based on your health history and the procedure. Learn more.
Do you offer braces or Invisalign?
Orthodontic care is coming soon at Kudo Care Dental. Until then, we can talk through your options at a checkup.
Do you place implants in-house?
Yes. We plan with a 3D CBCT scan and place and restore implants in our Irving office. How it works.
Kids
When should my child first see a dentist?
By their first birthday or within six months of the first tooth, as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the ADA. What to expect.
Do you accept Medicaid or CHIP for kids?
Yes, for children and teens 18 and under.
Emergencies
What counts as a dental emergency?
Severe pain, swelling, a knocked-out or broken tooth, bleeding that won’t stop, or a lost crown or filling. Use our decision guide.
What should I do if a tooth is knocked out?
Pick it up by the crown (not the root), rinse gently, and try to put it back in the socket. If you can’t, keep it in milk and get to a dentist within 30 to 60 minutes. Call us on the way.
When should I go to the ER instead?
Go to the ER or call 911 for swelling spreading toward the eye or neck, trouble breathing or swallowing, a high fever with facial swelling, a suspected broken jaw, or bleeding that won’t stop.
Ready when you are — even on Sunday.
Request a time online in about a minute, call us, or simply walk in during open hours. We’ll take it from there.
