Care in Spanish, Vietnamese and English

Grand Prairie is a big, diverse city. About 196,000 people lived there at the 2020 census, spread across Dallas, Tarrant and Ellis counties, and roughly 45% identified as Hispanic or Latino. Along Pioneer Parkway, Asia Times Square and the Hong Kong Market anchor a busy Vietnamese and wider Asian community.

Our team speaks English, Spanish and Vietnamese. That means you, your parents or your grandparents can ask about a diagnosis, a cost estimate or aftercare in the language you're most comfortable with. We explain things plainly and leave room for questions. You can also read about us in Español or Tiếng Việt.

Texas Medicaid and CHIP dental for kids

We accept Texas Medicaid and CHIP dental for children 18 and under. That typically includes checkups, cleanings, x-rays, fluoride, sealants and needed treatment like fillings. Exact coverage depends on your child's plan, and we check it before the visit. Our guide to Medicaid and CHIP dental for kids explains how it works. To apply or renew, visit Texas Health and Human Services.

Our Medicaid and CHIP participation is for children. For adults without dental insurance, the Kudo Care Concierge Membership covers preventive visits, including dental cleanings, plus medical and vision preventive care. It's a one-time $50 activation and a low monthly fee. Financing through Cherry, Affirm and CareCredit is also available, subject to credit approval.

What Grand Prairie families come in for

  • Children's dentistry — gentle first visits, checkups every six months, and stainless steel crowns for baby molars when a cavity is too big for a filling.
  • Sealants and fluoride — quick, no-drill protection for back teeth, usually covered for kids.
  • Cleanings and exams for the whole family, with digital x-rays and an intraoral camera so you can see what we see.
  • Root canal treatment — saves a badly infected tooth. We numb thoroughly, and most patients feel pressure, not pain.
  • Tooth extractions — when a tooth can't be saved. Dr. Chloe Kim focuses on extractions and goes at your pace. We'll talk through every option before anything comes out.
  • Dentures — complete and partial dentures for parents and grandparents who are missing teeth.

A toothache on Sunday? Come in.

Tooth pain doesn't wait for Monday. We're open Saturdays 9 to 6 and Sundays 9 to 1, and walk-ins are welcome whenever we're open. For a broken tooth, a lost filling or a throbbing ache, our emergency dentist team will see you the same day. Calling ahead helps us get ready, but it isn't required.

If swelling spreads toward the eye or neck, or you have trouble breathing or swallowing, or a high fever, call 911 or go to the nearest ER right away.

Patients often visit us from these ZIP codes: 75050, 75051, 75052, 75054.
